She's basically at the point of shrugging off such a "debilitating" nerf (mains words on that one, let that sink in) and being back at top dog. U.gg has her at 60% winrate in Challenger. Didn't you guys say you wanted her winrate when played by mains to be 55%, not 60? Its about time you hand her the first damage nerf she needs. She hasn't gotten one since 4.1, and that's honestly unacceptable by any means. She had signs of being overtuned in S8, and here we are in S9 with her being this psuedo-tank even though her E was "nerfed". Its not just the items its her as well. She is far from innocent. Please let us top mains be able to free up a ban for the love of god. Think the mains are tired of their champ being banned too.

Most champions in challenger have winrate over 57%, since that is what is required to be in this elo at all. One could also say that she has a 40% winrate in iron. So that argument isn't legitimate.

As for her kit, she has become quite easy to punish when she uses her E poorly. She also has a lot of counters that can exploit her entire kit just as easily. Poppy Nasus Quinn Renekton Garen Hecarim , which can all be picked up in one game(more or less). She isn't beyond broken, try to learn to play around her kit instead.

Picks a counter as if they always have priority
Riven plays like a Monkey
'Counter' Player has to play perfectly when riven plays like said monkey. As if poppy Counters riven when she uses E to eat Poppy's W then continue With Q because poppy doesnt Block every dash while W is up instead of Just 1 Or 1 dash with a 300 base at rank 5 and 100 ad ratio/ 80% ap ratio and poppy's W doesnt even stop until after time runs out then the cooldown starts So there is no way to re apply the W block

They've given her so much to the point there is nothing you can do to outplay her kit. Her kit has become an abomination due to unintentional changes and a lack of insight in keeping an eye on her (no thanks to the mains who continue to feed lies 24/7) Your counters that you've listed for the most part are cheese picks (which make the lane only 50/50), and Ren Garen and Hec lose to her after she gets two items.

How does Quinn counter her? I could see her being annoying in lane, but Riven outscales her significantly, and has a much easier time coming back from a bad start.
