Was dedinately the Runaans change. They made the passive deal a lot less damage ompared to what it use to be. They added crit chance, which she doesn't really use a whole lot like other ADC's.
Runaans is an item that shouls be staple on few ADC's. Not every single god damn one.

khorney1 votesDraven can use it because it's like cait's passive. It procs the bonus damage off his q. Luc can use it and was a thing. Urgot can use it for reasons on making his passive affect everyone and building him like a adc instead of casting
Faie1 votesCait doesn't proc the bonus damage from her passive on the Runaan's bolts. It just stacks up her passive faster. Draven also does not do bonus damage on his Runaan's bolts.

Faie1 votesYou can test it if you'd like. They're not on-hit effects. They are modifiers to the next auto attack, and since Runaan's bolts aren't auto attacks, they aren't modified.
Again, you can test this in a custom game if you don't believe me, but just for the record I've played multiple thousands of games on ADC's so I'd like to think I know a very basic game mechanic about them.

Why would rageblade change this? The rageblade damage would apply onto the hurricane bolts though.
khorney1 votesrage blade makes her passive apply the effects to bolts. i happen to have 6 stacks 1 time and literally 1 shotted there adc who was at full off my net, the passive double stirked

Pretty much all the popular adc's build runaans atm. Twitch, Jinx, Caitlyn. Cuz you are almost garenteed to see one of these 3 in every game.

. It helps that a lot of these champs are meta right now.
Other Marksman would do better with Shiv or PD.

Jinx and Cait should not synergize with Runaans. It breaks their kits in different ways. For Jinx it gives her MASSIVE Aoe damage with her rockets which literally garentees that she gets fed every single game. Caitlyn it's how her passive counts Runaans bolts as auto attacks procing her Headshot WAY too often for how powerful it is with Crit and Lifesteal...
