Is Riven Balance?

I started it at 1:40 for the riven clip to show proof that riven is broken.

Her cooldowns need to be increased a bit and her ult slash needs to do less damage imo

You go do that if Riven is so broken.

He played that mechanically as perfectly as he could and was rewarded for it, if he messed up even a single movement in that scuffle he'd be dead.

That's basically Riven in a nutshell, if you play well you're rewarded. I you play poorly you're very heavily punished.
