Frankly I am sick of this stupid "Pros pick it" mentality.

Azir Ryze

Go ahead and tell me that they are broken.

I dare you.

I've seen games where Ryze wins with 9k damage in a 53 or 63 minute pro game. Because he clicked R.

He has never had a good win rate in solo queue.

If I am not allowed to use stats from pro play or stats from the average players. Then what do I get to use to define broken or OP?

Please tell me.

I have 313 games to prove my point that Ryze is only used for his ulti in pro play.

Of those 309 games.

35 in NA Spring Split. 10 in Playoffs. 32 in EU Spring Split. 9 in Playoffs. 67 in Korea Spring Split. 0 in Playoffs. 132 in China Spring Split. 9 in Playoffs. That is only for mid lane.

2 game each of top for China and Korea.

Then including MSI.

Another 14 games (prior to semi finals).

If someone gives me a definition of broken, then please.

If your definition of broken is "Pros play it."

Then why does anyone ever complain about Akali, Zed, Rengar, LB, etc?

If your definition of broken is "High win rate."

Then why do you consider Ryze broken?

If your definition of broken is "In the hands of a good player, X is broken."

Then why don't you apply that to every champion?

You can't be a hypocrite and complain about something.

I will agree that Ryze isn't BALANCED. But he is in no means Broken or OP. Ryze is in a consistent state of underperforming or overperforming.

Overperforming is not Overpowered. Something that is overpowered is like any new champion that is released, then buffed, then people learn and master. Or Akali. (That shit is actually broken, wtf is the sustain.. like she heals more than Vlad and mundo early game, probably still out sustains vlad in the late game as well)

Something Overperforming is Lulu, Janna, Nami, Taric during Ardent. They weren't overpowered because of their kits, they were overperforming because of outside sources.

So again, give me a definition of Overpowered again?

"Broken?" In Ryze's case it is "poorly thought" at this point by the numbers of updates he had.

When I explain pro picks to my friend, I basically explain to him that characters are chosen for 1 ability out of their kit.

The 1 ability from a characters kit tends to be the ultimate.

Eventually the game will get to team fight mode and if every player uses their 1 ability in synergy it makes a full kit.
