I small aspect I would change about Yasuo

So let assume the rest of his kit is fine, what I would nerf is the time he needs to AA after using ULT.

So let me explain: The basic high damage combo for Yasuo is: You charge up a nado, E-Q for undodgeable knock-up, ULT, AA, Q for the reset.

During this time you have done 3 basic attacks worth of damage and the ULT damage. But the opponent is unable to react because they are CCed.

Come late game, when Yasuo has 100% crit chance and lots of AD and AS this instakills a squishy. 3 crits+ ULT can be up to 2k damage with no counterplay.

So how about you create a delay on his AA timer so both Yasuo and his opponent can start using basics at the same time after his ULT?

How about they revert Yasuo to his original state, that everyone said was "too hard?"

He couldn't auto-attack, he relied on Qs.

That was probably before my time so I can't tell. I have many issues with this champion, but this is as reasonable of an change as it can get.

Indeed. My main problem with him is the immortal wind wall, but something does need to change in his kit.

Uhh what? I've never heard of this original state.

It lasted all of a couple weeks. It was "too hard." I thought it was fun, and he could decimate if fed, but he was feast or famine like Rengar.

You sure this was live and not pbe?

Cuz I’ve been playing yasuo since he camera out, and there’s was never a time where you couldn’t auto.

He’s definitely different, but honestly, he is much weaker than he was on release.

Coulda been on the PBE. I have bounced back and forth since it became a thing.

Personally, the small change I would like is if they toggled that little switch from "enabled" to "disabled" and taped it there. But that's just me.

Hes a badass swordsman, why not make him take 3 aas for the 3 ass he gives (worth of.damage)

Or can we remove the undodgable E-Q combo instead?

Also reduce wind wall duration to 2 seconds and make it appear in front of him instead of as a projectile from him making him have to aim it the right way to block things.

These are seriously the only things I hate about Yasuo.

I’d only change one this in this champion. Make his windwall a one way deal, that way he can’t just sit inside of it and ignore every projectile in existence.

Riven has a similiar deal with her combos, but I'm not sure how difficult Yasuo's combos are compared to her. If this is something that basically any dedicated Yasuo can do, that seems very strong and nerfable. On the otherhand, if this is uncommon at best, I would leave it in for the sake of skill expression.

you can dodge e+q through several means. if you see has has built tornado and is going to dash along your minions/teammates to you, walk away from them. Also, if you walk into him/dash into him while he is dashing into you, he will dash past you and miss the aoe q as his dash is a fixed distance. late game, if yasuo is able to get on top of a squishy safely, yeah, they're probably dead. with the items he's built, why wouldn't they be? also, he is incredibly prone to point/click cc and will die in a similarly fast fashion the moment it lands. yasuo reaches 100% crit chance in 2 items. now, other adcs reach it in 3, so those who have an issue with it now have even less of an argument against it. yasuo deals 180% damage on a crit as opposed to 200%. that is a hefty amount of damage lost especially later on in the game. yasuo is an insanely high risk champion who, as of late, has a very hard time capitalizing on any high rewards unless the enemy team lets him. the aforementioned combo is okay at best, on top of it. (you can auto attack before ulting.) there are several other combos that are significantly harder to do (your ping plays a hilariously high factor in whether or not you can pull them off consistently, hope you have ethernet!) that are almost mandatory for success in certain matchups/vs players who really know what they're doing vs yasuo. tryndamere with PD/IE will kill your squishy champ just as fast (faster if he crits every auto (and he will with full rage)) as yasuo with PD/IE the moment he gets on top of them and both are completely eliminated from a fight in the exact same manner -- pick a champion with hard, targetted (non-projectile) crowd control and click on him. there's no shortage of it in the game.

tldr yasuo isn't strong at all, there is a world of counterplay to be had vs the champion especially wrt to his E+Q tornado and stripping power away from him right now in any area would probably just lead to yet another gutted, useless champion being present in the game

and while you might think that's cool because you don't like playing against them, for all of the people that do enjoy playing the champion even when they're not very great, it's pretty lame.
