Nocturnes Q

This champ is outdated doodoo, he was doing fine prior to jungle changes(Still was a 1trick predictably pony, but doing fine). After jungle changes, you either play an S tier jungler, or you lose to a S tier jungler horrendously. Nocturne isn't S tier. He needs help.

Get him out of the jungle, put him in the mid lane/top lane. Make Duskbringer capable of criting(Like Pantheons spear can). So he can build a Stormrazor and be useful outside of pressing R and commiting suicide just to burn someones flash or Zhonyas.
