Would Riot create a class of champions centered on point and click damage?

I'm not a fan that the enchanter role has failed to pull itself outside the bounds of point and click shields and heals.

If we wouldnt base an entire class role on point and click damage spells, why has that happened with Enchanters?

Damage in this game is delivered through an insane amount of varied skill tests from champion to champion yet the Enchanter role hasn't enjoyed the same types of modern design that we see everywhere else in this game.

Can you imagine how much fun it would add to the game if you introduced an Enchanter that took the same amount of skill as a Lee Sin, or an Akali, or a Gangplank?

We can add actual skill tests to heal and shield spells, but we dont have to stop there. We could grant them more utility to peel instead of jamming their kit full of heals and shields.

There is space on the roster for an enchanter that relies more on proactive buffs and peeling, rather than just reactively undoing damage with a simple point and click heal.

This game has all kinds of creative ways that champions can control spacing, from created terrain, to displacement, to blind effects, etc. Why cant Enchanters get more of those?

This roster has so many creative kits designed to deal damage, its about time we have a creative and high mastery kit for the Enchanter class as well.

Except there are damage dealers centred around point and clicks.

The entire role of adc.

Im talking about champion spells and abilities in this instance, not auto attacking champions.

But if you would rather respond to the title rather than reading the contents of my post, and having a nuanced discussion about champ design, then congrats, you've gotten yourself an internet point.

The newest enchanter, Yuumi, is exceptionally low skilled. Not only does is Q nearly impossible to miss because follow your curser, but her R is literally the width of a lane.

Thought this was a marksmen complaint thread from the title.

Every time there is melee champ fight dragon and I, as Lulu, want to shield him, I always hit dragon, I have to bind it to ally cast finally...

I would say that mastering Janna's Q and ult, Sorakas Q and E, Namis Q and R isn't as easy, but it would be nice to have Lee lvl one.
