Riot should do the "Sejuani treatment" for Elise

Make Elise's q ( in both forms) scale with 80% Ap and her venom gorged spider deal % current hp and skittering frenzy deal % missing Hp

Inb4 you say "That'll be OP", as long as exists, nothing will be OP

EDIT: maybe 60%, but imo flat scaling is better than Hp scaling
