Assassins can't assassinate anymore
Name an assassin post rework that can beat a Graves or a Quinn or even an Ashe or Kogmaw? Aren't assassin supposed to beat adcs?

As long as Talon has the element of surprise, he wins.
Except against Graves. Too tanky.
Before rework an assassin and an adc standing and dueling, the assassin would win, and should.
Now they don't.

Now they don't.
Because I should clearly approach this fight head on.
Why the hell would you willingly let them see you coming?
The point is that melee stats should be higher than ranged, and most assassins are melee, so an assassin and adc building the same build should result in the assassin winning.
Base resistances do not outscale base damages.
And assassins do not build the same. Assassins scale off raw AD or AP while marksmen scale off of crit.
And you really do not want to approach a fight fairly as an assassin. You will be gunned down.
Not every assassin works the same way.
Some assassins are meant to fight, like Yi or Trynd for example.
Other assassins build crit just like ADCs, such as Khazix.
kha should NEVER EVER build crit lol. Only assassins that could build crit are rengar, talon, and shaco. And most of those only take an ie.
Thats one game. In bronze. You would have honestly done more if you had built other items. In bronze you could go full ap lee sin and get that score. Does it mean lee should be build ap?
I play normals against golds and plats.
how would you build AP lee sin
look at my match history, click khazix, i build him crit every time with a positive winrate and average 20+ kills a game
I think that's the whole point of the changes, assassins should only win if they catch someone off guard. An assassin running up to you while you have enough time to react and get the first hit in and still beating you wasn't fair. Now most assassins have to actually work for the kill.
an assassin and an adc standing and dueling
Dude you're playing Assassin's Creed all sorts of wrong.
My point is that assassins should outscale ADCs.
But even if I get a surprise attack on an adc they still beat me, especially if they're Quinn and graves.
Quinn is a Marksman/Assassin hybrid but IMO she's better at being an Assassin than anything else, so you should probably just treat her like one.
Graves is a Marksman/Skirmisher hybrid which means you should be very careful about choosing your fights with him (especially in close quarters) as he's going to be able to tear through you while being pretty durable himself.
Idk, I think this game would be pretty stale if a particular class just flat out countered and won against another particular class every time; the fact there are some Champions who can fight back and often come out on top against all odds is part of what makes League so fresh and exciting to me.
This isn't Rock, Paper, Scissors (Lizard, Spock). Assassin beats Marksman isn't a thing. Skilled player (likely) beats less skilled player is a thing.
Assassins are supposed to be the champions that can reliably kill ADCs in a fight the majority of times unless there are some outplays, screw ups, too much peel, etc. The update has made this significantly harder for Assassins to do and has made it much easier for ADCs to faceroll their keyboard and beat Assassins because of how bad most of them are now.

First of all, you're using the term ADC incorrectly. ADC = Attack Damage Carry. Tryndamere is an ADC. What you mean is Marksmen.
Secondly, Assassins are suppose to be highly burst oriented champions who can secure kills but #have to wait for the right moment to do so That doesn't mean they're supposed to be able to just dive and 100-0 every marksman in the game.
It is for every other role.
Rock = tank Paper = adc Scissors = assassin Lizard = mage Spock = bruiser
Adc beats tank, paper beats rock Assassin used to beat adc, scissors beat paper, but not not anymore Rock beats scissors, tank beats assassin Bruiser beats all and mage beats adc and assassin but gets owned by tank and bruiser
It is for every other role.
Lmfao. You are so diluted.
This is a game about skill level differences and strategy. #Any player type has the potential to beat any player type If you truly think what you posted above you will always be low elo.
All of them that aren't named akali.
Not sure I'd count Graves and Quinn as ADCs; if you can't beat the Ashe or Kog'maw it's not the assassins being changed holding you back...
i feel like u people think a assassin should be able to 100-0 a adc?
this is just not the case assassins do BURST dmg so u should be able to kill any squishy champn with low hp with one spell rotation
thats the whole point lol
u cant just go around 1 shotting people at full hp lol
Graves, Quinn, varus, corki, these marksman should all be moved back to bot lane where they belong, I'm tired of seeing em in solo lanes.
If I can see a Rengar eat Ekkos, Fioras, Viktors, etc
He can easily eat an adc
