What if Vayne's Q's and W's types of damages were exchanged?
Meaning her Q would deal true damages and her W would deal physical damages?
Would it be consider a buff or a nerf? How would it impact her?

Would her Q deal 12% max HP true damage? Would be lovely. Max Q, get Trinity Force, Essence Reaver and few tank items. Q 1.2 sec cooldown. Just roll and rock.
Damage type.

Damage type.
Oh. THen its silly.
If you took the crit off the Q it may actually be a pretty good change for reducing her damage

True damage cannot crit. Its true damage...
Actually, it can if the source can crit. Urgot's ult is displayed as a true damage crit, and when Camille was first sent to the PBE, her Q could crit, and the second Q's true damage would also be a crit, thus causing it to be a true damage crit. The entire reason Camille Q can't crit is because 2k true damage crits weren't fair.
That being said, Tumble's bonus damage can't crit anymore, and I'd assume it wouldn't convert the base auto to true damage, so there would be no true damage crits here either.
it would be a nerf, assuming the numbers on them weren't tweaked to unrecognition.
the petty increase in Q damage wouldn't atone for the massive drop in overall DPS against the champs she shines most against. the 3-hit proc would still do a fair bit against squishies but, against armor stackers, it wouldn't be nearly as potent until you grabbed a LW item or cleaver. on top of that--having to buy a LW item or Cleaver instead of the standard fare would mean she would have to opt out on one of the many items that are far more appealing to her in the late-stages of a match--

or whatever else you'd generally wrap a build up with once you got your staple build-items down.
