Poppy still sucks overall.

She is more niche than Bard. I will have stop playing for a couple of days till everyone gets her out of their system. I don't understand ults that save the opponent if you don't kill them. I guess this is another one of those cases where low MMR makes it look bad and pro teams makes people say "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? Poppy was picked\ban blah blah!" I know it is cool to watch the ult shoot them away but..... can most people use it effectively?

Can you give her at least one week before vomiting judgements?

Really man it's not like every playere here has trained on the PBE with her for a month already. It has been less than 10 hours.

People need to read the ult it states "Poppy smashes the ground, sending out a shockwave. When it hits an enemy champion, a massive hammer erupts from the ground, dealing physical damage to all enemies around it" <--- THIS It doesn't do damage to the single target only damage to OTHERS around the Hammer that spawns meaning that the enemy that gets flung does not take damage. I personally use the ult to pick off targets from fights, escape and use the spam mode where you just knock them up instead.

Ult isn't meant to kill, just meant to remove dangerous targets or annoying targets (like removing a tank from the fight). Removing doesn't always mean deleting.

Just had a game where I went 5/0 and my opponent - a dunkmaster darius called me broken.

She's probably gonna get nerfed (I'm betting the shield or free W stats) but so far I like her.

And the ult is not AS niche as i thought it was, you can fire off an uncharged version of it by tapping R to deal that tiny bit of damage and stop the opponents for a while (though you cannot damage them while they're in mid air). Very usefull for repositioning yourself as well as a clutch interrupt. Used it once to hold Darius in place while i circled him around to line up the E stun.

you sound smart. But this anecdotal. we shall see when the numbers come out.

Pretty sure all your evidence is anecdotal atm too...

Oh I'm sure her winrate will take a while to stabilize while people learn to play her and against her but regardless of the kit's numerical values which can and probably will have to be tweaked, the concept seems solid and she's sure to be more healthy than the old poppy.
