Ahri has NEVER not been one of the top 10 mids in the game. The "nerfs" she has had over the years have been jokes. Annie wasn't nerfed, she was tweaked. She was just as strong. Ekko isn't as tanky but he does more damage now. So he is actually harder to kill since he kills you first. And he's still the safest champ in the game. Everyone agrees with you on Fizz. GP really isn't weak early at all. He gets bonus gold, so he doesn't have to worry about being zoned off some CS. Plus you can hard win lane and he still kills you once he has two items. Irelia is like Ahri, always in the top 10. Janna has been a top 5 support the last 4+ years. Jhin and Jinx are OP because they have never had a weak early game for hyper carries. Lee has always been a 7 out of 10 or higher. The nerfs he had after release don't really count since he was INSANELY broken when he came out and he really hasn't been touched since even though he was still really strong. Yi and Rengo are both so broken. They are completely binary. Nid has always been a top 5 jungler since they buffed her to jungle. Hell she is one of the top 5 champs period. Rek'sai nerfs were pretty minor. Has never not been strong at all levels of play. Riven. Nuff said. Sion since rework has been a beast. TF damage is VERY high. Always has been considering his mobility on the map. Vayne has never been garbage. No idea why you think that. It's just that the times she wasn't played, the other ADCs were stupid broken or OP. Vik has always been strong. Wukong isn't as OP as a lot of the champs on this list, but he has always been top 10 due to his ult alone. Xin has only real nerf was back at the start of season 3, and it wasn't that big. Yas has been broken since release. Zed's only real nerf was reverted the very next patch. All the other nerfs just made him go from 200%-zero to 150%-zero. So they really didn't accomplish anything significant.
