Jungle Enchantment: Warrior UNIQUE Passive - Warrior's Wrath: Burn enemies for 10% of the physical damage youdeal as true damage over the next 3 seconds (This is pbe, subject to change)

Gangplank rework passive: Trial by fire Every 15 seconds, gangplanks next melee attack ignites the target, dealing 30(+SomeADRatio) true damage (This is pbe also, subject to change)

Jungle item: Skirmishers Sabre Upgrades smite to challenging smite, Challenging Smite can be cast on enemy champions, revealing them for 4 seconds, reducing their damage against you by 20% and making them take (54 + 6 × level) true damage over 3 seconds from your basic attacks for the duration.

Gangplank jungle isn't gonna be op...especially with 5th dragon.. Matter of a fact, any champion with skirmishers and warrior is gonna be really strong...

Then again, this is pbe, so it could change.

Uhm. I don't think people are going to care about that x). Devourer with Irelia/Yi/Aatrox/Kayle/Diana/etc

Yeah, but she'll take a while just to get 30 stacks compared to the others. And to get all those items you'd need to be fed as all hell on top of that.
