Why can't we have a Syndra change like this?

##Q - Dark Sphere:

  • (NEW) Much Skill: If Syndra hits an enemy champion with Dark Sphere she gains 10% bonus Ability Power for 3 seconds.

Implement this change and nerf all her other abilities' damage to be equal to how much the currently deal only if she hits a Q. You could even reward her by making her W and Q deal more damage than they currently do (so a good Syndra player who hits everything is better than she currently is), but then please make her ult deal a little less (so a "bad" Syndra who only hits Q+R is worse than she currently is).
