Jhin has been released for awhile now, but I still can never play him. People are playing him mid and top, and if I am not first pick, I won't get him. I also have to contest with the enemy top, bot, and mid as well. Some other player wanted to play kog and couldn't because the enemy team picked him.
Your new champion select has no way to guarantee playing the champion we want to play. I'm dodging most of my games so to not waste time.

Definitely Bait2 votesIt's draft pick the actual flaw is the removal of teambuilder. Honestly a blind pick version of the new system (no bans) would be a decent replacement. However, it still won't be nearly as good as teambuilder when it comes to specifically practicing one champion.
