Does it not count? I've seen some juicy Zed passive procs on dismounted Kled.

More along the lines of Voli bite, Garen ult and Evelynn ult. Since they're technically 2 health separate health bars it doesn't count towards executes which IMO is completely bat shit dumb.

It does count, for everything from Garen's execute to Second Wind's healing. Not sure what the OP is on about since a one sentence thread doesn't give much context.

My dude, I literally watched my roomate ult a kled as garen after he dismounted Skarl for piss damage.

I don't know what to tell you, other than the exact opposite thread to yours also happened today. Not that much discussion came from it, but that guy's thread is what my own experience as a Garen main seems to go along with. Not that I get to face Kled very much, but still.

It's funny because I just had a Kled in my game aswell. I must have witnessed something weird then because he about threw his computer across the room in anger.

For all I know I could have just been seeing things wrong, and had a bit of confirmation bias when I saw someone else think this way. Just keep an eye out.
