So happy Jayce has a buff on PBE! Is it the right one tho?
Current buff to his hammer Q (+10 base damage, 1.0->1.2 AD scaling and mana cost 40 at all ranks, down from 40-65) will amplify his early and midgame, while doing little for his weak lategame. He will be much stronger in lane, perhaps even competing with Zed. But if I were to buff Jayce, i would give him free %armor pen on E, or more scaling tankiness in hammer form, keeping him relevant late.
Still really happy for these buffs though, def. gonna spam him! Hope he doesnt get too opressive - he will have a REALLY strong midgame now ;)
