AP Sona DFT or TLD?
I have been wondering which is better for her. I know that her Q is considered an AOE so DFT only last 2 seconds, but i feel it might be really hard to proc TLD if you can only hit your Q and not get an auto or 2 in. Thoughts?

If you're playing AP Sona you need to get your autos in. If you aren't confident in getting off auto attacks with her then you just shouldn't play her, her damage is pathetic without it. Pick Thunderlord's and go AAQAA with Power Chord for an easy proc. If you can't pull that off she's not worth playing.
I much prefer Sona TLC ;) mainly because I have no idea what those other acronyms are
Thunderlord's, easily. Sona wants to surprise the opponent with her burst and that helps her burst.
I just feel DFT is better for laning and that is when it might be a little hard to land an auto without putting yourself in harms way. TLD is def better for late game.
And why not Windspeaker Blessing? I mean, you give an AoE Armor+MR buff to your team every 8 seconds...
Q+Empowered Auto actually triggers TLD iirc. Similar to how bard's Q+Meep Auto Triggers it as well.
You pick AP Sona to 1 shot people, and that means you want Thunderlords.
