The way Soraka plays is SOOOO bad. From the way she has no peels to the way she gets back HP. Just everything about her is bad. Its not use to make a thread about how to make her better because riot wont listen. Im not saying the old Soraka was better but the new one...has to go...

Cloud 9's support has been using her quite effectively. Quite frankly the new Soraka is awesome. Maybe elaborate on why you don't think her abilities are good.
Soraka is a sustain and poke champ. Starcall has a range of 970. I'm guessing the aoe is between 230 and 350. Meaning her poke can reach, at minimum 1200 units away. Not many champs in the game can poke that far away. You basically use Q whenever the enemy goes to last hit so they're forced to take damage from it.
You're supposed to heal against all in bot lanes. You're supposed to poke and sustain through poke heavy bot lanes. Any questions?
I played her the other day in ARAM and the other team couldn't kill my team mates even when they turret dove, new Soraka is great in the right hands.
The heal range is just to short. You have to be on top of the person to heal. In team fights that opens you up to damage. The more damage you...the lets you can heal. Using starcall to get heal back is a joke. What are you suppose to do against poke heavy bot lanes? and lets not even talk about heavy engage bot lanes. there is no lane mush up that works in soraka favor. I can she sorakas end game being good but early and mid game is just to bad.
Soraka has tons of peel.

You guys are misunderstanding his problem with the new Soraka. He did not say it's weak or anything , he only claimed that Soraka feels bad to play. And on that he is completely right, ever since her last buff she is pretty OP but taht doesn't change the fact that she is incredibly fustrating to play and doesn't make you "have fun" when you play her.
It's a matter of preference. I love the new Soraka, my duo partner doesn't like her as much as before. Her new playstyle is really entertaining for me personally. Machinegun healing someone up while you try to keep the starcall hits going to sustain it can be a blast. I can understand why someone wouldn't like her, but she isn't bad.
Her passive is just so... meh.
If the range were larger and it gave a healing bonus to low targets that would be something.
