with 4 kills and no ganks from jungle, he stood under turret while it shot minions while i stood there hitting him. After he destroys it he ults and 1v1's me and is back to full health

I've beaten him every time I've gone against him as Garen. WE when he goes in and he gets punished for engaging with his stun. You'll also have better sustain than him 100% of the time.

He is a lane bully. His entire purpose in life is to win lane. If he doesnt win lane and snowball Renekton is about as useful as a Full AP Garen.

Pick Pantheon

He has to go in and basic attack you before using his stun, as soon as he does you stun him and get ur passive back up :P

That way he can never use W

And he needs it to win trades because without it not only does he lose out on a lot of damage he also cannot go in stun you and go out without taking any damage as he usually does

His whole trading pattern is absically E in W auto Q E out and take 0 damage And whatever little you could do before the stun he heals with Q

He cannot do that vs pantheon

You can also pick Shen or Jax but their blocks can be baited

Unless you pick Illaoi or Pantheon into him you dont. He doesn't scale at all though so just play cautiously and you should be fine. Also it's fine to trade with him if you see he wasted his W on a minion
