Even if Zed is not doing that well he will likely be perma banned because people will just think of random champs to ban that they find annoying and Zed will likely be among the first.
Riot please don't add proactive bans and instead add some reactive ones to try and screw up the enemy team comp.

He's just on that list of champs people feel are complete cancer to play against yes he's balanced and isn't that bad but people hate assassin's by nature. Anything that can kill you before you can react or just gives people's comfort picks a hard time.
