I hopped on a bronze smurf to test boards theories

I didn't experience anything like what boards users complain about. Games felt well matched. I was up against other smurfs in just a few games. Nobody was extraordinarily toxic. Games were fun and regularly lasted 25-30+ minutes, so there was plenty of time for even late game scalers to carry. I saw a variety of champions, lots of crappy yasuos but it's not like people were picking only the op stuff. I got 30+ lp per win and -5 per loss, I couldn't stay bronze unless I tried to.

So why do boards players complain so much? The game feels fine to me.

The majority of players are silver.

OP makes a post about smurfing in Bronze and how everyone on the boards is lying. Then states they were "playing exclusively with golds and silvers." Ummm... Those two things are not one and the same?

There's a very, very important distinction you didn't make.

What role and champion were you playing?

That can almost entirely determine whether or not you'll experience what the people on the boards are complaining about. In general, a mid or top smurf is going to have a much easier time of forcing early surrenders than they would at bot or in the jungle.

Then there's the fact that the people who "experience toxicity" generally are assholes or just plain bad players, who start or extend an argument because they think they're god's chosen disciple of league.

This is one of the biggest boards troll I have seen to date.
