No. It's because you upvote different opinions to trending each day. Then you downvote comments and posts you personally disagree with or don't understand so nobody can read them.

Slythion2 votespeople dont come to gameplay to have a discussion, they come to complain. That's a generalization of course, I've had amazing discussions where I've changed peoples minds and come to a conclusion, they changed my mind, or we at least came to a general conclusion where the differences lay in our values/preferences instead of facts or fundamental misunderstanding.
Those kinds of discussions are fun. They're amazing and revitalizing, because I love to talk about this game and throw ideas and reasoning around.
It's a pain in the ass when people downvote without stating an opinion, or simply because they don't like it. I hate it even more that shitposts like the latest "hurr durr not banning vayne is troll because she's strong" post get a bunch of upvotes because people agree and not because it was an actual decent post.
The boards are infested with dumb and impressionable people that don't like to think, they just want validation or to complain. These people drown out the ones who actually like to discuss real gameplay or balance.
