That would then be weird to still call the abilities an "Ultimate" but I would seriously love to see a champion that had all 4 abilities that fit the normal ultimate level description.
Cooldown above 40 seconds.
Large damage potential (if a damaging ability)
Very powerful and unique utility (If not a damage focused ability)
And each ability has to be on a level where it's game changing if used properly.

Why not? Obviously balance wise this would be a nightmare but I was legitimately excited for their "N.U.R.F" gamemode that turned out to be an april fools prank so I'd love to see this atleast as an idea.

Marshbouy1 votesbecause fighting that champion in lane would be incredibly binary. Do they have an ability? If they do, don't fight them.
Also the level 1, 2 and 3 powerspikes would be ridiculous.
Eedat1 votesHell no. This would turn into a situation where as soon as they grouped as 5 they would auto-win team fights. Plus they would just stack 45% CDR so they would all be up almost all the time anyway
