how is jg twitch out of meta?

Seriously over the past week I've had an insane win rate with Twitch jg, sure I lost 4 games in the past couple days, but aside from those I think I've done pretty well, but all-in-all, how is jg twitch "bad" to some people?

Based on the current crop of top Junglers, if you make a mistake they own you. Xin, Wukong, Graves, Tali, Kindred, and Eve all have the ability to just beat the crap out of you. I'm not saying JG Twitch is bad, but if you're not good with him, it doesn't take much for you to fall to far behind and then they can just own you for the rest of the game.

notice how Xin has ALWAYS been an absurdly strong jg pick and is now more of a "screw you" with his satanic ult

As far as him always being a good jungle pick? Na he's been pretty awful prior to his mini rework.

That was what season 4? So from S5 to the end of S7 he was complete trash lol. Even in the Devourer meta, he wasn't amazing, as back then was a control mage meta filled with the Oriannas, Syndras, Viktors and so on who could just delete him before he got into reach or could kit him for days. Jax, Yi, and Noc though in that meta were pretty OP.
