is trundle in list of rework or change of gameplay atleast?

i havent heard anything about him. his game playing getting outdated. his w and e needs little bit buff or atleast rework. his pick rate is not that great. he bearly gets to play in top lane and once in a while i will see him in jungle.

He really NEEDS to be their priority. Currently he isnt even viable in the niche scenarios where he SHOULD be a good pick. (Vs pure tanks, VS no tank busters, VS alot of AP, with a healer on Trundle team) Even when all those stars align, he STILL isnt even viable.
