Quinn QoL.

There are two things that I think are stopping Quinn from being decent:

1. General AA improvements. The biggest one would be to line up the AA sound with her AA leaving. Her AA is small and hard to see, so your best option is to go by the AA sound. However, you hear her AA before she actually does, which leads to not attacking when you think you should have.
2. Harrier Improvements. When Quinn's AA is midflight, Valor will occasionally swoop down and mark the target you are AAing. However Harrier will not proc. It should be changed so that midflight AAs will proc Harrier. Secondly, smarter targeting. It gets annoying when the wrong target is consistently marked.
