How do you stop nasus as support?

So far so good. Score is 1-1 and jinx hasnt died and is keeping farm. I look top and see nasus has near 100 stacks at 7m... I play safe until I am caught levels with jinx at 10m and engage sona kill her. Jinx backs and I go mid and kill veigar with malz and then kill jax with kha before backing. So at this point I have now directly fed 3 kills to my team. We then kill sona and twitch bot and take tower with malz roam and kill jax when he ganks.

Jinx is 3-0-1, I'm 2-0-4. kha is 3-0-0 and malz is 1-1-1. Lookie top, nasus has 200 stacks at 15m. COOL! Me and jinx go top, kill nasus, take tower and 50% tier 2 tower and rotate mid and take mid tower. Guess what happens? After that back he bought tri-force and 1-shot half our team, walked through my box while getting attacked by a fed jinx and killed us all. Balanced.

I did my job. We won bot lane HARD and then asserting our pressure into both remaining lanes but it doesnt matter because camille was bad. Bot lane at that point had like 80% kill participation and 100% tower participation. Here is nasus in a nutshell:

Did your top laner win? You have 50/50 chance of winning.

Did your top laner lose? You lost.

There is almost 0 counter play to a nasus when your top laner is an actual ape and instead of playing winston in overwatch he plays league. He was SO TANKY that he walked past malz ult, thresh flay into jinx snare AND THRESH ULT WHILE GETTING AA'ED BY A 4-0 JINX AND KILLED US ALL. Thats literally no counter play. When you use all your cc on a champ and on your shields on your team and still cannot escape him = no counter play.

It so unfair when if that player literally played ANY OTHER TOP LANER, he would've lost the game but Champ > Skill in solo queue. Just play fotm and climb. Why be good when that is so much harder than spamming nasus/teemo/sion and getting freelo.
