Question on PBE Zed Ult

So, I have a quick question. On the offical LoL wiki, it states this:

> New Effect – Reaper of Shadows: Scoring a kill or assist with Death Mark or while Death Mark is active will permanently empower Zed with 5 (+ 5 / 10 / 15% of target's current AD) bonus attack damage. This effect is non-stacking, but Zed will always keep the largest bonus between his current bonus and latest kill.

How exactly does this work with say like Jhin? Cause its not like its hard to "momentarily" get Jhin's AD up to 1k, which means Zed gets 150 AD

And two Zeds in normals can create a loop of infinite AD generation.
