That should delay Marksmen burst by two basic attacks. Buying Rapid Firecannon could remove this hindrance if you really wanted to push buying both.

So who's OP especially because of Stattik Shiv? Because you're suggesting leaving Rapidfire Cannon as is while nerfing the other, when Rapidfire Cannon is enabling easier Warlords usage on Draven and extra poke on bullies like Jhin and Cait. Shiv seems a lot more situational unless you're buying it for the charge combo even right now, why bother nerfing it?

Not a bad idea. I'd argue for buffs though in compensation since the burst isn't as reliably instant.

Honestly I think they should move Shiv and RFC back to having the same Unique Passive so they can't both be proc'd simultaneously. Y'know, like the last time crit ADCs started oneshotting people at 150 extra range with 400 bonus magic damage added to their first auto. I don't understand why they undid that change.

Possibly. But you'd have to buff it to compensate. That means a damage increase.

I'd rather the lower damage than the slightly increased delay of three attacks.

RFC is meant to give you longer range on your first auto, though.
