Why does he have abysmal base movespeed of 335 while lee sin gets 350, can we turn it up to 340 or 345, same with talon base movespeed having 335 while kat has 340 while talon has a dash and katarina has instant blinks THAT ALSO RESETS on kills and assists including daggers.

Well, you shouldn't ever use Lee Sin as a reference point for balance. Lee Sin gets 350 MS because Lee Sin is Riot's love child. No part of Lee Sin's kit calls for greater mobility than the astounding amounts it already has.

Anyways, what you're experiencing is counter-niche balancing. Champion has some super special niche, often scaling, and because of it, is nerfed in the affected stat early on to balance it. Think Orianna's base AD being like 41 to account for her clockwork passive, or Sion having the lowest base health in the game (I think even lower than small gnar) because he infinitely scales on it. Kass is one of the few, if not only, melee champs in the game that doesn't get scaling MR due to his passive 15% MR. It -used- to be a factor on Galio in that he didn't get scaling MR either because he uniquely used MR and would stack it.

Riot likes to makes awesome niches for champions and then nerf them in the same stat for it. Some people like this design. I find it abhorrent. Lazy, really.

So, since WW heavily scales on MS, he gets shit MS. Be glad he has 335 and not 330 or 325.

Thank you for the explanation! I just wondered why Lee was always so fast. (imo one of the only champs in League who is not in need to upgrade his boots - kinda unfair how mobile he is)

Sion actually has 2 more base health then Gnar. Also, there are many champions who have less health at level 1 than Sion, although he is one of the lowest health tanks in the game at level 1 (Poppy has 2 less health than Sion).

At level 1 yes, but at level 18 no.

Sion beats out Gnar by 140 base health at level 18. He also has more health than 8 other champions as well, those champions being Liss, Morde, Zyra, Donger, Nami, Zilean, Anivia, and the champion with the lowest base health in the game at all levels, unmounted Kled.

Yeah, while I agree, his MS is the way it is because of his W, and how easy his MS skyrockets. It just leaves him feeling absolutely sloth like when no one is low Blood Hunted though.

Even more so when you're trying to run away as him -_-, only movement boost you have is toward the enemy champ who's probably fully surrounded by tanks and at least 2 or 3 champs that will insta-kil you even if you have your e up.
