How much longer are we going to let this one set of items break the game?

This item combination lets every single champ with mana do 2 things:
- Be so tanky you couldnt believe it
- Deal more dmg than you could dream of doing.
Ive played against every single one of these champs and how it just does the same thing across every champ is absurd. This could probably even make 
busted.
Specific champs abuse this even more with 3-proc dmg, crazy cc that with 40% you can never get them off of you, constant DOT, etc. 2 items are making the game and especially top lane UNFUN to continue playing.
