Educating people about the new champ select in pre-game lobby.

Lately, I've begun using a copy/paste technique to educate players who might have skipped, missed, or otherwise not read the popup they got about how the new matchmaking system works.

"If you have a ban available, or if you are selecting your champion, LOCK IT IN! If you don't, then the queue will auto-dodge and sit you with a wait time penalty."

I know it really only addresses the auto-dodge issue, but I like to think that it might help people in these transitioning times. Feel free to make (actual) suggestions for things to add, and feel free to use this copypasta in your own lobbies as well.
