Idea to keep Kindred in the Jungle where they belong.

I know, champion role diversity this and meta stagnation that. But Kindred was designed to be unique in that they are a Jungle oriented Marksman. In my opinion, it completely shatters the spirit of their design to lump them into bot lane like every other Marksman.

Make their W passive ONLY proc on Jungle monsters. Kindred is literally the only champion designated as a Marksman to have built-in sustain. They need it in order to survive the jungle. However, it makes their laning phase too safe when their short range is supposed to dissuade them from that position. However, the heal plus their mobility just outdoes the downside of their low range. You take away the W heal on lane minions, you take away the main thing keeping Kindred in the same boring place as everyone else.

I'm not expecting upvotes here, but I at least wanted to say my piece.

I actually had the same train of thought before they got released, and it seems we were both right. Easiest way to outdo her is just to burst her down to a point where even through the heal she can't afford to trade.

Or Riot could release data on how bad lane Kindred actually is.

This is what keeps her up with other adcs. She has no build in steroids and this is the only thing making them viable in lane.

The heal though DOES have a SET amount based on Kindred's level and it doesn't scale with any stat. Taken from here. Passive: Lamb builds stacks of Hunter's Vigor as she moves around, up to 100. Once fully stacked, her next basic attack heals her for (60 + 3 × Kindred's level).

A lot of junglers outperform them in their own territory /heca,vi,warwick,nocturne,skarner,nidalee probably others as well/ that make them lane in a more safe environment and ask the team for help with camps in order to scale for the lategame.

I might be wrong, but that champion definetely has no place in the jungle seeing any melee with decent movespeed just walk on them and smash their face before you have time to react.

Plus as said by other users she does not have in-built attack speed/dmg steriods right off the bat and has to work for them unlike others />.< Jinx,Trist >.<\

all kindred has while being an ADC early is the safety. She will not scale well at all unless she gets stacks which depending on how the laning phase goes she might need to wait until the laning phase is over in order for her to start getting stacks. In the jungle her healing i find it to be really underwhelming and not that very useful until you get a few items while in lane is just enough for you to not be harassed out of lane all the time.

Kindred as an ADC (lane or jungle) needs the stacks in order to deal damage since that's her only steroid. If kindred actually were oppressive in lane then Riot might do a change like this but this is far from the truth since she struggles to do anything in lane until she starts getting stacks and some items. There is literally no reason for Riot to destroy her laning just because you "find her boring as an ADC and prefer to see her in the jungle"

I love playing Kindred jungle, and I would not mind this change at all, you can always find a jungle creep later on to proc the passive in 5v5 situations
