Why is my mmr so terrible?
I am D5 and I have more wins than losses. I've been constantly winning games, but I need to win 3 games to get a total of 30 points and lose once to lose 30. I thought your mmr can only be bad if you keep losing.

Maybe matchmaking algorithm can't find people higher than your mmr to match you against. So you're playing against people lower than your mmr, which gives you less points for winning and more negative points for losing. Otherwise, not sure! Looks like you've had a nice win streak lately so if you keep it up you should rise out of it. (Had the same problem ~40 games ago and now mine is finally at a 20LP per win or loss)
Same thing happened to me.
With the removal of clamping, the requirements to hit Diamond V are really low while the requirements to hit Diamond IV are really high.
Your MMR is currently high Plat and good enough for a Diamond promotion. But you are nowhere near Diamond IV MMR. Once the MMR of your games starts hitting 2100+, you should be seeing some better LP gains.
