Graves Late Game Needs Work

I wanna bring this up because of this match i just had, before you look at the match, ignore my allies scores, thats not relivant to the post.

This match

The issue i have here, is that due to graves low attack rate, even though he hits hard to squishys... I simply couldn't damage the enemy players for the most part... riven, vi, and braum were able to tank my damage and just shrug it off... even my ult which was hitting around 1k damage in the tool box barely hit any of them for 300 damage.

Im not saying he needs to be able to delete people, but for a "Scrapper adc" he feels extremely lackluster... While his jungle sustain at the moment is rediculously OP for clearing, he brings so little to a fight currently

There are people who fall off late game, and then there is graves who gets to a point full build where he literally doesnt deal damage even at almost 400 AD because he simply has no attackspeed with his shotgun passive.

I love the concept of the new graves, but there needs to be something that lets him atleast damage bruisers... im not saying make him a tank shredder like vayne, but when my auto + Q ( both forwards and back ) + E dash shot + ult only do 600 damage there is an issue..

and no i wasnt hitting the braum shields with my skills.

Graves late game needs a serious look at

With 400 AD, graves crits on, point blank range, for 1600 DMG each bullet (with infinty), so in perfect situation he deals AA(1600)>>E>>AA(1600)>>AA(1600)>>Q>>R which would be over 5500 DMG. Problem is to get that perfect situation

thats not true at all, with my build in that game, even running up on twitch and blasting him with an AA didnt clear 800 damage and i was sitting at almost 80% crit rate.

Also the VI, Riven, and Braum i literally could not damage... after about 5-6 seconds of trading with them, i was lucky if i got any one of those 3 in 1v1 under 75% of their HP pool.

The theory behind all the bullets hitting on crit isnt implimented properly because it defenitly doesnt work out the way it should.

Also running tabis and phantom for the first part of the game, i didnt see the damage reduction intended especially when riven pounced on me... with BT and those 2 items, you would think i would life steal a little bit or tank her for a bit, but in reality if i wasnt dodging her ult i probably would have died ALOT more. Their numbers dont seem accurate what so ever

Well unleess there's a bug, let's look at the math: AAs shoot 10 bullets when you crit with IE. First deals 110% AD and rest deal 33%. So, your AA with crit deals ~400% AD. 4*400=1600

maybe if they made his Es cooldown lower even more if he landed EVERY BULLET on enemy CHAMPIONS that would bring him up to par in the game... currently he is extremely under powered unless hes snowballed ahaead of the enemy team, but anyone can be decent or godly when snowballed so thats a terrible analogy.

In the time you get 2 attacks off ( 3 with the E ) you either need to have your enemy killed, or you wait half a second to a second to reload, which in league a half a second of downtime is simply too much unless you have very serious burst before that downtime or some mechanism to get out of trouble. Smoke screen does little in the new age of league where everyone has gap closers for a self peel, its good from far, but far from good. And his up close burst on paper looks great, but again... those 3 champs took little to no damage... even my Q which was on paper like 400 damage going out, then like 800 coming back barely dented them... id say not even 5% of their HP pool went missing when it landed both hits, and thats super super shitty
