This is the exact chat log from the perma ban, this is far form toxic, especially int he context of what the other players were saying. The fact that you pull out a perma ban based on a system that doesnt put anything into context, and simply goes off people "reporting" when anyone who has a bad game reports like a fiend. Its just a tad rediculous especially compared to half of the other logs of players perma banned. This is far from insulting.

Nice flash was said to the enemy as a joke, thats not toxic talking about ezs build was in team chat, and again, its not toxic talking to yi about the dive, he spam pinged a low hp blitz so i went in, stayed under tower for 4 hits then ran out, no one died, and he kept spamming pings on me so i stated he coulda got the kill, yet again... not toxic renekton was complaining about minion blocka and i mention his E can dive through anything, again far from toxic yi makes comments about the lanes, so i said we have a yi? cuz he chose not to participate, a slight jab i suppose can be considered slightly toxic, but really? its not even an insult yi commenting on my game so i respond with 0-2-5 is bad for a support? hes making comments left and right about teamates so i bring to light his lack of contribution...

im not gonna sit here and go through every little detail of this log for my perma ban but thats rediculous.

I went from a 10 game chat ban, to a 2 week chat ban ( which even that was laughable at best with the logs from there ) i played 5 ranked games, and 1 blind pick after getting off ban, encourage my team tremendously through the ranked games, then have ONE game with a chat log looking like this and it results in a perma ban? you really cant say thats justified

I think you went a little over the top on the perma ban here, for real

I loved seeing these kinds of statements in the chat logs of the banned. It's just funny to me how often it happens.

Anyway, to answer your question, anything behavior that is worthy of a 10-game chat restriction is worthy of a permaban. It's a matter of continuing the behavior despite the warnings.

It's clear in the log provided you're focusing too much on antagonizing your own team. I suspect that is what you do in a large amount of your games, and it slowly pushed you through the punishment system to the permaban.

You're too full of yourself, to the point that you're treating everyone else like shit. You had time to get down of your high horse when you got chat restricted, you had time when you received your 14 days ban. Is anything going to change if Riot unabns you now? Be honest and answer this question.

Reform Cards always prioritize the games that you were recently reported in, and you were also punished for displaying a negative attitude across multiple games, this one included. Other than that though DrCyanide already explained it well enough I feel like, so I'll just add in Riot's reasoning as to why you won't get unbanned.

From Understanding the Tribunal:

1) What's the point of having a language filter if I can get banned for 'adult' language? a) We aren't out to punish players who use adult language; in fact, very few players are ever banned for saying stuff like "f***, I missed that skill shot" or "damn, fing close game!" However, the language filter is not an excuse to verbally abuse someone in the game. When you verbally abuse or harass someone by calling them "fing *****" or "ngger noob", that's when you've crossed the line and will be punished by the Tribunal. I've said this before and I'll say it again, we aren't trying to clean online games of adult language; we're trying to reform or get rid of jerks who like to verbally abuse and harass other players.

4) That player in my game was far worse than me. Why am I banned??? a) I'll keep this one simple: retaliation isn't OK. Reacting to a toxic player by being toxic just incites that player to be even worse--it also ruins the game for up to 8 other players. It is far, far worse to watch two people yelling at each other all game than it is to watch 1 player ranting into blank space. Almost everyone in the game can find someone out there that behaves worse than they do--but so what? Finding someone worse doesn't justify your behavior or justify retaliation. We expect more out of our players. What players often don't realize is... those other players in your game that you thought were worse? Nearly 100% of the time, those players were banned even before you were. If someone is being toxic, just report them and move on. If you retaliate, both of you will be banned. It's really that simple.

Additionally, permabans for behavior are never changed, so don't bother trying to ask for your account back as it won't work.

Some people in this post seem to have read it and their thought process is on point. Some others are just trolling because they can, and its the internet. That doesnt take away from the fact that having 6 games total after coming off a ban, then jetting into a perma ban off this games chat log is reasonable.

It honestly feels like this system is in place to simply force the creation of more accounts for 1 of 2 reasons, A: Riot can claim they have XXX more players than any other game, and B: Riot can get people who spend money to get perma banned, then be forced to spend more money on a new account which most people do.

I have not spent a single dime on this game, and i have no problem leveling more accounts because i have more than 1 account as most people do.

But like i stated before, its more of an ethical issue. Its almost like the riot team who "looks through chat logs to ban people" have such an influx that they simply just mash the perma ban button, either that or the auto-mated system takes care of it.

Either way its morally wrong. Look how successful other games are, and their language and communities are absolutely terrible. This system is not in place to reduce toxic behavior what so ever, and if you truely believe that it is there for that reason, i urge you to take some classes in psychology.

If it was a pay to play game, maybe bans would have an effect, but currently all they seemingly produce is more profit and more numbers for riot, and further fuel how toxic people become as a result of bans.

Constantly calling others toxic and subtly implying you will report them is harassment. Insulting others is harassment. You have been warned on this multiple times but decided to continue your behavior, gg RIP in peace account.

You are right, those chat logs would not normally get you perma-banned, but 5 or 6 chat logs similar to that (and i have no doubts there are more than 6 similar chat logs) will get you perma-banned.
