the problem is that it heals when damaging champions... in a dueling scenario its complete crap. so no, i wont stop complaining. There shouldnt be heals without items with life steal plain and simple. people shouldnt heal 150 HP off a 1k crit every 2 seconds
It's being changed to only work with critical strikes on champions. Stop complaining and read a little before you post
