Don't let it be affected by CDR and just alter the CD to a flat 10 seconds across the board.

No ability in the game works like that.

Yasuo's Q does have a way to reduce CDR; you build Attack Speed instead of CDR. Which makes sense since his Q is sorta an extension of his basic attack.

Yes but it's not reduced by CDR and fizz is cancer with 40% cdr which is easily obtained in his core build.

because it's still broken as fuck. Honestly it needs a 20 second CD at all ranks. I'm sorry you fizz mains, but you deserve this.

I dislike any ability that makes someone immune to damage that isn't already being applied for any amount of time. (yes this includes vlad's pool but that also chunks him for like 15% of his current HP so at least there is that. Oh and his pool has like a 25 second CD or something like that. )

Maybe you should play some Fizz and have some understanding of the champion before saying it needs a 20CD at all ranks. His E is one of his main sources of damage and escape at the same time. They recently added 2 second cooldown to it and you can't do E zhonya E anymore so you take more risks lategame.

honestly hes not that strong anymore after the nerfs but people always find a way to get annoyed by Fizz because they either just dislike him or got fucked by him recently.

I actually used to play fizz a lot. His main issue is that he's way to mobile for an assassin. I get that assassins are supposed to get in and out, but most assassins only have a way in. I feel like his E needs to be used more carefully which is why I think a 20 second CD at all ranks is actually what he needs. I get it, his damage is all in his E, however at the same time, even with the 2 second nerf, he can still e at least 4 times during a team fight which gives him about 4 seconds during a fight in which he is invulnerable, that's not including if he has a zhonya's. If you nerf the CD on his E even more he should get buffed somewhere else (Personally his Q needs a slight buff, maybe 25% more damage or something)
