Urgot is extremly op and need immediate nerf.

Now in everygame there is urgot in every nemesis game, and this champ ALWAYS have 20 kills 3 deaths and win the game alone. This champ have absurd range with Q with only 1.2sec cd (really riot do you think twitce about your broken balance ?) Perma shield perma slow better than frozen mallet AND ranged. gg cancer riot. a blitz grab ulti, that give insane amount of mr and armor and a broken passive that give him free 15% more tankiness. not to mention his armor shred to rip anûs tank more.
