Gankplank does a bit too much damage?

I was Yi Top facing Gankplank

I had Precision Lethal Tempo keystone and Sorcery Trees Gankplank went Inspiration - Kleptomancy keystone and Sorcery Trees

So at some point Gankplank started to outdamage me when i as Yi was 3(or 4) - 2 and Gankplank was 2 - 3 which clearly puts me ahead

How someone that is kinda behind investing into utility (Inspiration) does more damage than someone that invest into damage (Precision)? For me that doesn't seem right. When you wanna do damage you build damage but it seems some champions can build whatever they want, use whatever Runes they want and still crush you even when they are behind. It just doesn't make sense

Fun fact: you can check how strong gangplank is based on Tobias Fate's rank

Since he is Diamond 5, Gangplank is currently balanced/underpowered if anything.

GP is actually quite good IF played well, have you seen KR challenger gp mains? The problem is that tobias fate is a garbage player.

If Gp had more cs or a lot of assists he may have been ahead despite you having more kills. I think he is op though, he is pciked and banned a lot in my plat games and he is too mechanical for most players to pull off really.
