but cleaver is a bruiser item. ghostblade an assassin item. i dont see bruisers going ham and being op with the thing. unless you want to make this another instance of bruiser items getting nerfed because some adc is abusing them, i dont care if they nerf lucian into the ground for it.
or riot needs to get their heads out of their asses and put more melee only tags on items.

Melee only on some items actually could solve some problems. I don't want to see 
get nerfed again because 
is abusing it, maybe making that a melee only might help it. I personally hate blue build Ez, I think it's just stupid imo and it's annoying that every game I see him being played, it's always blue ez. I feel like I'm the only person who actually builds
