Am I the only person who still plays full ap fizz?

After the nerfs it seems that people only play ad or ap bruiser fizz. When I build him full ap I still one shot squishies with my combo. Does anybody know why people stopped playing him as an ap assasin?

Because ad is better

AP can still work, and has the potential to be good

but AD is better
