How does the bonus AP from blue buff interact with Vladimir?

Does Vladimir gain more AP and than someone else because of his passive? If so that sounds dangerously delicious.

No, the bonuses do not stack with themselves. He does, however, receive more AP from items that give both health and AP than other mages and receives health and AP from blue buff.

That's what I was wondering, if Vladimir and another champion with the same AP got blue buff would Vladimir gain more AP and health cause of his passive.

Vlad's passive converts AP into HP and HP into AP. Blue buff doesn't grant any HP, so his AP will just increase by 15% just like how blue buff works with all champions. He would get some temporary bonus health though.

Vlad's passive doesn't stack with itself because then would create an infinite loop (AP would increase HP which would increase AP which would increase HP which would increase AP which would...).

yah I know it cant it stack with it self but was wondering if it did raise his AP more than someone else with the same AP. And if his HP would be temporarily increased because of it.

It raises his AP by 15%. If someone else with the same AP also has a blue buff he will still have the same AP as that person. If not his AP will temporarily be 15% higher.

buts Vlad's passive would make it more then then the other person while also temporarily raising his health is what I'm asking

No it wouldn't give him more AP. That is not how Vlad's passive works. Vlad's passive gives him some extra HP based on his AP, and some extra AP based on his max HP. That is it. Blue buff does not give extra HP to be converted to AP. Vlad's passive does not amplify AP you buy/get. If Vlad buys an item with 80 AP and no HP, then his AP is increasing by 80. If he has 100 AP and gets blue buff he now has 15% more AP, so 115 AP. If Ziggs, for example, has 100 AP and gets blue buff Ziggs will also end up with 115 AP.

looked it up its gains AP based on 2.5% of bonus health and HP based on 140% of AP so... yah he would get HP based on his current AP. So... is blue buff like a major steroid for Vladimir or is the bonus increase from passive not significant when blue buff is gained?
