Lets give Teemo a Role

Right now Teemo is a unfocused champ. If you take him top he can never be as tanky or initiate like Maokai or Sion. Teemo doesnt have the tools in his kit to be a good support or a adc either. Teemo can go Mid, and Teemo should roam, but there are better choices to pick if you need a assassin. I think Teemo's best role is Jungle or Mid right now.

For Teemo to Jungle or Mid better he needs: Better sustain, or a better blind. Better tools so that he can gank. More Burst damage.

To do this, I think Teemo should get these buffs: Get a lower Cd on his Mushrooms. They cant kill anything right now, but they do some damage, apply a slow, and are a good ward. Have the blind last longer. Get a larger boost on Move quick.

What do you think Teemo needs to be a good jungler?

I think Teemo is fine, just unvoncentional.

As a support ad as a top he can deny CS by blinding the enemy when they move to last hit and keeping their health low by poisoning.. He can also make either lane ungankable post-6 by shrooming aggressively. He's sort of a utility character more than a raw damage dealer.

Mid is probably the WORST place to put him due to his low ranges, but increasing his Q and/or Auto Attack ranges would overbuff him for bot and top.

Jungle Teemo would probably require durability and E buffs. If he could start E and ride the on-hit damage to clear jungle efficiently, that might tentatively work.

Teemo's role is perpetual jungle ward pretty much a pink ward but invisible... removed the same way as any other ward

tell Teemo to ak in any given location and you just got infinite vision there best of all, if the enemy team think he's afk (more plausible if you do this at lvl1) they wont be bothered to go look for him

I think he'd be cool as a jungler.

Maybe make his Blind last longer vs neutral monsters.

Well, he's fine now. Most people are too crazy about meta and trying to fit in with it they don't seem to understand how other champs outside of the meta work. Teemo is a scout. Your job and purpose is to do that. You go into the enemy jungle. Hide to be sure nobody is around. Set a shroom for vision then move on to a new spot.

If someone comes you kill them from stealth (which is why he has the attackspeed bonus) blind is to help with that as well as him having that massive MS buff on his W so that he can quickly scout out a location set his shroom and get there.

In todays meta it's all about who has more tanks or who's adc gets IE first. Teemo's purpose can never truly be unviable in anyway, it's just not what people want.
