For example, Nasus and Udyr. I have not seen any nerfs between these two champions and I find it only because they are the top most balanced champions in the game...
Sion was my favorite champion but nerf on his shield plus the nerf on the items really screwed him :/

Shuvit1 votesone Udyr isnt good because he gets the crap kited out of him and second nasus gets kited the crap out of him hahaha. So if you really want some lowkey champs that will always be good ill list them. Gnar (because of all his cc) no matter the dmg nerfs his cc is amazing. Shen (crazy ult which makes killing almost impossible, hes got that stupid taunt which can snag a whole team if e'd correctly). Kayle (insane damage early mid game, one of the best wave clears imo, ult that defies death and isnt able to be countered). Singed.......just because he'll always be annoying and is great for all team comps. Maokai (one of the most spammable if not the most ults in the game which can change team fights around, his abilities make it easy to gank his lane which is always a plus, his lockdown has a low cdr). Morgana (even though shes been nerfed harder than nerf bullets themselves he stun will always make people rage.....i mean cmon there longer than ron jeremy's shlong). Yasuo (because of that knockup which cant be avoided if youre hit, he can smash a whole team in one move if their low enough). Varus (he takes skill because he has no escape but dude that guy has insane damage, His ult is the only adc lockdown besides ashe which is awesome for team fights, in a poke team comp he's amazing). Gangplank (hes harder for lower elo people but he has such a good ult, and late game hes a god, his wave clears are one of the best, and who doesnt like one shotting adc's?). And lastly the one who has always been an average pick but has seen the light alot lately due to the bruiser meta is the top lane bully renekton -___- ( his stun is crazy good, he has a high sustain, his ult is crazy for team fights because of the aoe effect and the health boost, his e allows him to slide into their backline meaning he can shutdown adc's fast with his stun, and his clears are almost instant when you get ravenous and use your q). Might of forgotten some but i think these are the key ones i would main if i didnt want to follow meta or have the idea theyd get nerfed to the ground.
