@riot can we please have one more change to Summoner's Spellbook?

Please let us be able to swap our spells around from D and F also I don't know about you guys but when im actively swapping spells to meet my needs, i tend to have them move around a bit if i start Flash on D, then sooner or later it's going to wind up on F and my brain won't remember in a fight

and i know it's possible to manually change the hotkeys in the options menu, but i think thats another problem waiting to happen lol (plus some of us dont think about it until its too late >_>)

it would be a neat and much appreciated QoL change to just re-order the spell order from shop something like an icon underneath the with arrows like this " -> <- "
