She procs BC almost in one hit of her Q passive.
Her damage increases with increased crit, old Ashe typically built Shiv afaik, but I wonder if new Ashe will opt PD instead, or even both.

and then a defensive such as banshee's or GA. I'm not so sure if Runnan's will stay on my build past that first game, but it's something I definitely want to try out, as each shot in her Flurry Q (which is an active) procs Runnan's. Other than that, I see no reason to not take BC as opposed to LW to take shred. The health is a great bonus, as is the 20% CDR, plus you get even better at kitting.
Not sure on whether I'll build PD or SS on her though. She doesn't have that great of wave clear, but since PD has more crit chance which adds more damage to her autos it seems to outweigh that a bit (plus without her old passive, Ashe isn't really bursty anymore, instead more of a sustain damage kiter)
Franco Sanchez1 votesNo, I don't see her building wildly different. Also, her Q ACTIVE is the part that will proc Cleaver, not the passive. If anything, Ashe is gonna be taking Cleaver over Whisper. The crit stats are still to valuable to give up, because it's a huge damage increase. I wouldn't be surprised if we see the same old IE + 2 PD build that she used to rock.
ProfDrDeath1 votesShiv has the distinct disadvantage of you having to open with your W if you want the passive effect to crit - since the first auto on a non-slowed target is never going to crit, after all.
I could also picture the combination of Youmuu's and Black Cleaver being rather decent for her. A ton of CdR for more Q usage (18 second base CD), good ArPen and her passive crit replacement makes the low crit chance of 35% irrelevant.
