I want to see what the Black king bar would do in league.

for those who don't know about Dota 2's diminishing returns "OP" carry item

Grants Spell Immunity and 100% Magic Damage Resistance. Duration and cooldown decrease with each use. Some abilities are able to disable through Avatar. Duration: 10/9/8/7/6/5 seconds Cooldown 80/75/70/65/60/55 seconds

Make it have something like + 15% AP and 15% total AD so it doesn't feel completely worthless end game but is clearly a risk over other options.

Oh and CAN NOT BE SOLD
