Nasus' Spirit Fire should get a rewarding gimmick.
I know it's supposed to be fine that some champions are simpler than others. Nasus already has arguably more depth to his kit than, say, Volibear. But I still think it would make playing him and playing against him more engaging if he had some kind of gimmick on his E that rewarded achieving/preventing that gimmick.
##Requirement Examples
- If an enemy champion stands in Spirit Fire for X seconds ...
- If an enemy champion affected by Wither stands in Spirit Fire for X seconds ...
- If Nasus stands in Spirit Fire for X seconds ...
- If Nasus and an enemy champion stand in Spirit Fire for X seconds ...
- After X seconds something happens one way or another
- If Nasus hits an enemy champion X times within Spirit Fire something happens ...
- After X seconds something happens one way or another (or it requires one strike), but it increases in potency based on the amount of times Nasus hit an enemy in Spirit Fire ...
##Reward Examples
(these could be combined in many different ways)
- Second pulse of damage
- Second pulse that heals / Spirit Fire collapses into a Health Shrine in the center
- Second pulse that increases Resistances / grants Nasus a shield
- Second pulse that slows
- Increased size
- Increase duration
- Thresh Ult-esque barrier that debuffs enemy champions in some way (slow, ground, damage, reduced Armor, etc.)
##Further Notes
- Reward potency could scale with Siphoning Strike stacks.
- Buffs could also affect allies (maybe even minions to make Nasus more of a split-pusher).
- Debuffs or requirements could interact with Wither in some way.
- Nasus' ult could grant him the reward more easily / instantly.
- Spirit Fire might have to be nerfed a little bit on its own if the reward is not achieved (e.g. less burst damage).
- Spirit Fires' size could increased to create more a "Juggernaut Terrain" effect that Raid Bosses tend to have.
